The English translation of the Instruction Card is as follows:

· Points scored as indicated.

· Cumulative scorings in kick-out hole and spinning disc rollover buttons.
· Three mushroom bumpers increase scoring.
· Ball save in lower lane.
· Match feature.

Notes: This is a 1-player version of the 4-player Bally's 1972 'Fireball' but has no multiball feature, zipper flippers, and right-side ball return gate, and has one less kick-out hole.
